Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

What this policy covers

Cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, are small pieces of data that a website can save in your browser when you visit it. They can be used to remember information about your visit, such as a choice you made, so that the site recognizes your browser the next time you come back. This Cookie Policy explains, in plain language, exactly what the DigiAgency website (digiagency.net) stores in your browser, why it is stored, and what choices you have about it. It describes only what this specific site actually uses -- it is not a general explanation of cookies on the internet or on other websites.

Storage we use

At this time, digiagency.net sets one piece of local browser storage directly, described below. If you accept our cookie banner, we also load Google Tag Manager, which may set additional cookies described in the next section -- it never loads if you decline.

  • Name: digi-cookie-consent
  • Purpose: remembers whether you accepted or declined our cookie banner, so the banner does not appear again on every visit
  • Type: browser localStorage entry set directly by digiagency.net (not a server-set cookie and not set by a third party)
  • Duration: stays in your browser until you clear your browser's storage or otherwise change or reset your choice

Third-party embeds that may set cookies

A small number of elements on our site are loaded from third-party services. These services may set their own cookies or collect data once loaded, according to their own privacy policies, which are separate from this one.

  • Google Tag Manager: if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager (Google's tag management system), which we use to manage analytics and marketing tools on this site, such as Google Analytics. Google Tag Manager and any tags it loads may set their own cookies to measure site usage; this is governed by Google's own privacy policy. It never loads if you decline or before you make a choice.
  • Google Fonts: our site loads its custom typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) on every page you visit, so that text displays correctly. When your browser requests these font files, Google may log your IP address as part of serving that request. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
  • Wistia: our homepage includes a promotional video hosted by Wistia (fast.wistia.net). The video player is not loaded automatically when the page loads -- it only loads, as an embedded video frame, if and when you actively click to play it. Once you do, Wistia may set its own cookies and collect video-viewing analytics, governed by Wistia's own privacy policy.

Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie choice at any time if the cookie banner reappears on our site, by selecting your preferred option. You can also clear cookies and local storage for digiagency.net at any time through your browser's settings, which will remove the consent entry described above. Please note that if you block or clear local browser storage entirely, our cookie banner may not be able to remember your choice, and it may appear again on future visits.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how our site works or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown on this page. We encourage you to check back periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies and local storage.
